|
Proximal femoral focal deficiency(PFFED0 results from a developmental disturbance due to embryonic insults during the period between 4th and 6th week of gestation. Its clinical characteristics are instable hip joint, shortening of femur, and
association
of other congenital anomaly.
It has not been reported antenatally for this congenital anomaly in Korean literature. Recently, we experienced a case of PFFD detected ultrasonographically at 33 weeks of gestation. Thus, we report a case of PFFD with review of related
literature.
